Frequently Asked Questions
What distillery stamps are available for bourbon barrel cabinets?
Our inventory is constantly changing. Brands that we can commonly get are Makers Mark, Jim Beam, and Pinhook. We do get Buffalo Trace barrels in several times a year but they typically sell out very quickly. Whiskey barrel cabinets made from a Buffalo Trace barrel do cost more than others since the barrels cost us more to acquire.
How do you ship bourbon barrel cabinets and other large items?
Bourbon barrel cabinets and other bulky items will ship on pallet via LTL freight. Shipping typically takes 8-10 business days. The carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment and someone must be there to sign for it. The carrier cannot bring whiskey barrel cabinets inside your house or up steps.
How do you engrave whiskey barrel cabinets or tabletops?
We have 6 laser engravers that are customized to engrave the various items. If you select the engraving option for your bourbon barrel cabinet, that includes up to an hour of design time which is typically enough time for one original design plus two revisions. A proof will be provided to you for review and approval.
Where do you get your barrels for making whiskey barrel cabinets from?
We get our barrels from a variety of sources. Some come straight from a distillery, others come from the cooperage, and we also use barrel brokers. We only use premium décor grade barrels for building bourbon barrel cabinets. We do not use barrels that have been used to age beer due to odor and mold issues that they present.
Where can you ship bourbon barrel cabinets?
We ship all across the continental United States. Due to the bulk of whiskey barrel cabinets we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
What if my bourbon barrel cabinet is damaged in transit?
Although rare, accidents do happen. If you suspect damage to your whiskey barrel cabinet you should refuse the delivery. The whiskey barrel cabinet will be returned to us and we will repair or replace it.
