Custom engraved bourbon barrel stave bottle opener

Custom engraved bottle opener made from an authentic bourbon whiskey barrel stave. These make for great groomsmen gifts or bachelor party favors. They can be engraved with a name, monogram, special date, famous quote, or countless other things. Our staves come from some of the best known distilleries in the U.S. like Buffalo Trace, Makers Mark, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, and Heaven Hill. This style opener features a solid steel cast opener and stave handle. Opener may be chrome or gunmetal in color. Both width and length of the handle will vary from opener to opener. An appropriately sized handle will be selected based on the size and type of engraving requested. Engraving is cut into the wood approximately .02" deep. These are 100% authentic staves so appearance will vary from one item to the next. Handles will be sanded smooth and multiple clear coats applied. When deciding on what you would like engraved, please keep in mind the maximum engravable space is about 4 inches long by 1.5 inches high. Text size will be adjusted appropriately to fill the space. Longer strings of text may need to be broken into two lines. Please also review the image that contains the fonts available and indicate which font you would like us to use.
